Making art is a means to arrive at a point of knowing more. It is a process that creates a structure; this structure is the architecture of my inspiration.

My work serves as a mirror that reflects both a familiar and unknown world; the exploration of these worlds and the connection points between them is what moves me. Ultimately it is not the work of art that is important but that which can not be expressed or communicated in other ways.

I have lived and worked in Amsterdam in the Netherlands since 1978, and more recently also in Oracle , Arizona USA
